The most popular retiree program in the region. Under this residence program, the applicant is only required to present evidence of a monthly income and for life, of at least US$1,000.00 per month, or its equivalent if in another currency.
PANAMA SELF SOLVENCY VISA
To apply for a Self-Solvency Visa has to invest a minimum of three hundred thousand dollars (US $300,000). The investment has to increase by US $2,000 for each dependent.
Permanent Residence as a Qualified Investor in Panama
Grants Permanent Residence in Panama within a period not exceeding thirty (30) days.
Friendly nations visa
Citizens of specific countries, with economic or professional ties with Panama, may apply for residency.
